Q1. What types of facilities do you support?
We recommend, install, repair and maintain commercial security cameras and surveillance monitors for schools, public facilities, hospitals, community centres, apartment buildings, fitness centres and car parks.
Q2. Can you repair and maintain existing security cameras?
Yes. We provide installation, repair and maintenance support. Contact us if your existing equipment is faulty or you are unsure who can repair it. We review the equipment and symptoms before advising on the next steps.
Q3. Which areas do you serve?
Our main service areas are Kansai, including Hyogo and Osaka; Tokai, including Aichi, Gifu, Mie and Shizuoka; and Chugoku and Shikoku, including Hiroshima. Send the location and work required so we can confirm availability. Please ask about other areas.
Q4. Do you repair TOA products?
If you have an existing relationship with a TOA dealer, please consult that dealer first. We are an authorised TOA repair service company. We primarily repair TOA PA equipment and security cameras in-house. We can also discuss installation and repair coordination for other brands.
Q5. What information should I include in an enquiry?
Please provide the location, facility type, manufacturer, model, number of units, symptoms and work required. Photographs of equipment labels and the installation can help us assess the request. Send whatever information is available.
Q6. How are costs and schedules agreed?
We review the equipment and your requirements, then recommend suitable equipment and work. The scope and schedule are confirmed based on the quotation and agreed requirements. Please contact us to discuss your project.
